do questions?
1.All communication consists of questions and answers (think
about
it--a four-hour speech is just a long answer to some question!).
2.When we are asked a question we think of the answer and answer in our
own words. This is different from memorizing sentences--it is
everyday spoken english.
Why have only these three lists:
"Talk to make friends", "Talk to get what you need" and "Talk to get a
job?"
1. We have to deal with many different kinds of
situations
in our life. However, most of the time we need to achieve one of
these three goals. For example, when you
are hosting a party, you are trying to make friends; when you
are shopping, you are doing something to get what you
need. A "job interview" is very important part in most people's
life, so we decided to make a list specially for that.
2. Everyone is busy with multiple tasks in their life. Having
only three lists will help you focus your energy on the most important
scenarios
in life.
3. The three lists also have three levels of difficulty.
Users can progress from
the easy to hard, or use them according to the needs from your life.
Why are there only 30
questions
in each list, unlike other apps with hundreds of items?
1. All the questions are very carefully selected.
2. These are open questions and are not limited to one answer.
Everybody
can give their own personal and unique answers.
3. Repetition
re-wires our brains (Google it)! Because
we encourage you to think
of your own answers and respond in your own words, you will benefit
from answering one question more than once; you can learn by improving
your own answer to each question. So we don't want to overwhelm
you
with a huge number of questions. If you don't have very much time
it
is better to practice less than 30 questions.
How much time do I have to answer a
question?
You have as much time as you need. The advanced voice activation
feature in this app waits for you to finish speaking before moving on
to the next question.

picking 10 out of 30 questions

challenge you to answer the questions in a different order.
